I enjoy working with young people and, having a passion for my field, I feel I could instil both a sense of understanding of and appreciation for the subject.
As I have a calm disposition, I will be able to reassure students who find my subjects difficult, and find the most suitable way to explain the problem in hand.

Many pupils benefit from a face-to-face, one-to-one approach, as this facilitates their individual needs to be met. I believe that once the basics of a topic are appreciated, the use of guided past paper questions both consolidates the knowledge of the topic and prepares the candidate for examination.
The use of teaching techniques recently used in education, ie blended learning, is something I would feel comfortable with as I have a background in IT and coding. This will enable me to develop resources to enhance the students' learning experience.
