About Anna
I am a pianist with more than 15 years of experience and a Bachelor degree in Piano Performance. I love music and I hope to share this enthusiasm with my students. I've been teaching for many years to students from all levels, from beginners to advanced, and from all ages, years 2 and up to adult. Proficient and experienced in both group and private settings, I can help you decide on what's the best option for your growth.
I teach piano, music theory, musicianship and I can also accompany you on your own instrument for any occasion.
All of my piano students who have taken the AMEB exams (both Piano and Piano For Leisure) or their HSC have received excellent results. I'll make sure to help you prepare well to help you achieve your goals.
And most importantly - I like to make music lessons fun! So whether you would like to have lessons for leisure or for exams, I will be happy to help you.

My teaching methodology is based on an understanding that every student is individual, has their own capabilities and interests, and thus each student will have a unique rubric catered to them. Lessons will always be educational but never boring. As a pianist myself, I will ensure that your playing will show vast improvement in technique and musicianship. We will also address all the major aspects of music throughout our lessons so as to have a more holistic understanding. Ultimately, I hope that all my students will not only be "pianists", but musicians.
