I've known Nathan since our college years studying music together. He has a rare combination of technical ability and musical insight.

One memory that's stayed with me: Nathan playing Debussy's La cathédrale engloutie in a masterclass. It wasn't just the playing itself, which was beautiful and technically excellent, but the way he engaged with the instructor. Nathan is a fantastic piano teacher! His kindness and patience are beyond any other teacher we have had for our son.
