About Alyona

Alyona Popova is a Russian teacher who is passionate about musical education. She completed her AMEB Grade 8 piano education at the age of 16 and has been teaching children and adults since. Come to her friendly home studio, whether you are a beginner, a young student moving forward in your musical education, or are coming back to piano after a break. All levels and ages are welcome, first lesson is half price!

About the lesson

Alyona Popova has completed her Grade 8 AMEB Examination in 2016 and has been teaching since. Learn piano technique and music theory for AMEB exams up to Grade 5, or simply to become acquainted with music and play for fun. Lessons are an hour long/45 minutes for very young students. All ages welcome.

Perfect! Her patience and understanding. I am a complete novice and have to learn everything from scratch. I never feel like I'm being judged for my lack of knowledge and/or ability. I only hope I can repay her faith.
