About Lucia
My name is Lucia (Lu), and I am a 24-year-old from Spain. I moved to Sydney a few months ago and I am loving the city. I graduated in children's psychology last year and have been working with them since I was a teenager, from babysitting jobs to teaching ones. I have experience with special needs kids, ADHD, and love to help kids feel more connected through music! Another one of my passions is music, I started music school when I was 5 years old and have loved it ever since. I play the piano and the guitar and graduated from music school a few years ago, and after more than 10 years playing the piano, and living through the ups and downs that come with learning to play an instrument, I would love to help your kid learn how magical it can be. For the littlest ones I start with games and stories through music, getting them used to the instrument, and when they feel ready, we start with reading music and what translating the notes to the piano! :)
For the ones that have a bit of experience, we assess the level they are at together and find music they like to practice reading and playing in a fun way.
