About Paras

I currently work in the Mental health services in the NHS where we are implementing a person-centred model, an approach that seeks to understand the individual and their experiences and how this can impact them. I believe using this model in teaching will help me understand you and help me select the best teaching methods allowing you to learn, understand and flourish. Using a variety of teaching methods can help stimulate different mechanisms allowing you to grasp complex processes.
