About Frances
I was previously a Mentor and Trainer for cabin crew from all nationalities with Emirates Airlines; I successfully mentored and trained Chinese speaking staff to become hired sales professionals in Australia; I worked as a Business Development Manager for a recruitment company interstate; and I have completed double university degrees in Journalism and Psychology.

My effective teaching methodology is incorporating fun with learning. Studying can be boring if you don't enjoy nor understand what is being taught. I ask the student/s what he/she/they are interested in and his/her/their passions (e.g. video games). I then use these topics/subject matter as examples in developing their grammar, written comprehension, reading, diction, intonation and syntax. I use real life examples to assist the student with daily interactions in the usage of the English language (oral/written/reading). More importantly, I make it a point that the student receives high marks with their own merit. Developing the person/s and seeing him/her/them getting outstanding grades are my focus in tutoring.
