About Jack
I am from Stoke-On-Trent and previously studied my Bachelor of Science in Edinburgh, Scotland. I love to go travelling especially Snowboarding and summer holidays on the beach. I am a big fanatic of Scotland and spent a lot of my time outdoors hiking and climbing mountains.

Lessons can be done via Zoom/Microsoft Teams or can be held one to one in person depending on distance.
Subjects which I can teach include Anatomy and physiology, Genetics (experienced), Biotechnology (experienced), Microbiology (experienced) Cell Biology, Zoology Ecology and Evolution.
I cover both GCSE and A-Level Biology.
Lessons will be adapted to the individuals style of learning.
I mainly focus on drawing diagrams and key terms to explain how certain pathways work within biology e.g. Cell Receptor Signalling and glycogen metabolism.
I also encourage A level students to go through Articles from pubmed with myself to help gain a further knowlegde particularly if they are wanting to study Biology or Biomedical Science at University.
Once my students are happy I set out a plan for them to create their own examination questions and answer them, create posters on different subjects and answer exam style questions from their required examination board
I believe my style of teaching is welcoming and I try my best to make students feel comfortable.
