About Lauren
I have recently completed my A-Levels and secured four A*’s in maths, physics, further maths and my EPQ. These grades were a continuation from my ASs where I achieved four A’s (in chemistry, physics, maths and further maths) and at GCSE where I obtained 9A*’s and 2A’s.
Having recently completed the system myself I understand clearly how to attain the grades. These grades were a product of my ongoing commitment and working intelligently to utilize my time and strengths. A valuable skill I hope to build up in the client to optimise their ability. I am also able to assist them in developing widely applicable studying techniques and help them to approach the upcoming exams which, I understand, can initially seem extremely intimidating.
I have two years of valuable experience in private tutoring and an additional three in volunteer mentoring. Through this experience I have seen how consistent practice and under the correct instruction any student can progress in maths and the sciences. I am keen to support and develop the ability and confidence of any level student to ensure they can succeed their own personal targets and attain their potential. I am competent in being adaptable to support the unique learning needs of the individual student.
