When I first moved to London, it was my first time away from home. One of the trickiest things to get used to was prepping meals while balancing university work. This is where Ryan stepped in and actually taught me how to make easy, and quick meals with recipes that required no more than a handful of ingredients. He had been a chef for 6 years at that point, but his level of patience and tolerance for a rookie like me was unparalleled. You would not believe, this person who was once in charge of training apprentices in professional kitchens, was teaching an absolute starter who had no interest in cooking, with the same level of passion and vigor.
