Sessions mix short explanations with immediate hands on coding practice every few minutes, since long verbal instruction tends to lose focus quickly. I keep a running error log for every student, reviewing recurring mistakes until they stop appearing. Advanced students work on real coursework style projects with attention to clean, readable code.
