About Ridwan Rafi
I am an aspiring pre-service teacher currently undertaking a Master of Teaching (Secondary) at La Trobe University with specializations in Mathematics, Physics, and Science.
I completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and after that worked as a wireless network engineer for more than 18 years across Australia, South Africa, and Bangladesh. Throughout my engineering career, I developed strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
I am passionate about teaching and knowledge sharing, and currently pursuing a career in this field.

For more than five years in Australia, I am providing regular and on-demand tutoring to primary and secondary students, supporting diverse learning needs for academic performance in NAPLAN, scholarship examinations, and high-achiever programs in schools. I design and tailor engaging learning resources and instructional materials to meet individual student needs, fostering confidence, engagement, and academic growth.
Typical length of my lessons is 60 mins, but it depends on how long the student is comfortable to keep focus and engage.
