My teaching method and techniques
My teaching approach as a mentor focused on building confidence, structure, and consistency while adapting to each student’s individual learning style. I used a supportive and hands-on method that combined accountability, encouragement, and practical skill development. I focused heavily on communication, goal-setting, progress tracking, and helping students overcome personal or academic barriers that impacted their performance. A typical lesson plan

From there, I would review previous assignments or milestones, identify areas needing improvement, and create a structured plan for the session.
