About Kobe

I have been playing the guitar consistently for about eight years now. It has been my passion and devotion ever since, and I'm ready to pass on some of my knowledge to fellow guitarists and musicians. I've been mostly self-taught throughout my guitar journey, but after finding myself a teacher a few years ago, I realized how invaluable the guidance of someone with more experience could be, and now I want to pass that on.

About the lesson

I'm teaching students at any age, at the beginner-intermediate stage in their journey

My lessons have a big emphasis on feel and a "what works best for you" approach. I'm not here to force you into a box, I'm here to provide you with the tools and mindset that will help express yourself most freely. Most importantly, I want your lessons to feel fun and rewarding for you

I teach a wide range of topics which can be catered to your own journey with your guitar and music as a whole. Topics range from technique, music theory, improvisation, songwriting, how to dial in a good tone and more

The music genres I specialise in teaching are classic rock, blues-rock, blues, and pop, but I'm more than open to teaching in genres outside of the ones listed

Students can either set the intention and direction of the lesson or rely on me to guide them through it. Lessons are offered in either half-an-hour or hour time slots, depending on your preference (I am willing to teach extended lessons beyond an hour upon discussion and agreement of both parties). I am also willing to travel to students for a small fee ($10)
