About Steven

In order to benefit from a prestigious and high-level legal training, I joined the University Panthéon-Assas Paris 2, doing all of my university studies there.

During my Law Degree, I was given the opportunity to complete my university training with practical internships in private law, in particular with a lawyer from the Bar of Melun, but also in as a legal assistant in a private company.

Continuing on the path of Public Law, I obtain a Master 2 Jurist Council of Territorial Communities and specialize in Town Planning Law. Benefiting from an experience of more than 5 years as a lawyer in charge of the town planning department of the Municipality of Le Mée-sur-Seine, in Seine-et-Marne.

About the lesson

With a high level training from the prestigious Panthéon-Assas Paris 2 University, I provide private law lessons for students but also for anyone wishing to learn or train in this field.

The courses can be given at home in the Île-de-France region, or in distance training online.

The course is entirely personalized according to your profile and your objectives:

- Capacity in Law:
The preparation for the Capacity in Law is carried out in two years, each sanctioned by an exam, to access the 1st or 2nd year of law degree.
The emphasis can therefore be placed on the subjects of the program, namely: Civil law, Commercial law, Administrative law, Constitutional law, Criminal law, criminal procedure, Commercial law, Tax law, Civil procedure and means of execution.

- License:
The License in Law aims to acquire a general legal culture and to familiarize with the methodology specific to lawyers. It allows a mastery of the fundamental legal bases and multidisciplinary openness.
Emphasis can therefore be placed on the fundamental subjects and the complementary subjects of the program, namely: Introduction to the study of Law and Civil Law, Constitutional Law, Historical introduction to law, Judicial and administrative institutions, Economic problems contemporaries, Civil law, International relations, Political science, History of law and institutions.

- Master:
National diploma, the master 1 and the master 2 are carried out after a bachelor's degree in the same field. Some masters are prepared by apprenticeship. The training includes theoretical and practical lessons (with one or more internships or an introduction to research depending on the professional project). There are many legal master's specialties.

- Legal English:
The teaching of English in law universities focuses on deepening the language and learning legal English. It aims to enable students to acquire a legal culture of common law countries. This is achieved through the study of certain aspects of constitutional law and institutions (of the United States and the United Kingdom). In order to master the British and American political systems, strengthen the understanding and analysis of political and legal news, acquire certain professional skills in English.

- Methodology:
Beyond learning and understanding courses and tutorials, a fundamental aspect of law studies is mastery of legal methodology.

Judgment sheet (or case law sheet): It corresponds to the summary presentation of a judgment. It helps to understand its meaning and importance. Established from the following headings: Facts and procedure, legal problem, solution of the judge, contribution of the judgment.

Stop comment: The stop commentary aims to clarify the decision which is the subject of it: the objective is to deploy the reasoning followed by the judges, by explaining how they were able to proceed from the facts to the solution.

Essay: The legal essay is a demonstration. The student must develop a problem on the basis of the imposed subject and then demonstrate the answer given to the problem. The demonstration supposes the use of arguments which are based on precise references by proposing an analysis, a synthesis of the elements according to a precise and constructed vision.

Practical case: The exercise consists in answering, by a legal reasoning, the questions asked by the person who consults you within the framework of the situation of facts which is submitted to you. It is the daily work of the lawyer and the company lawyer.
