About Marty
Hi, my name is Martin and I’m the founder of MVP Coaching, based in Dandenong North. I have a strong passion for soccer and player development, with coaching experience both locally and internationally. I have previously worked as an assistant coach at Dandenong City, as well as coaching in New York with Panna USA, focusing on skill development and 1v1 techniques.
I enjoy helping young players improve their technical ability, confidence, and understanding of the game in a positive and supportive environment. My goal is to help each player reach their full potential while building a love for the game through engaging and structured training sessions.

My coaching sessions are designed to help young players improve their technical skills, confidence, and overall understanding of the game in a fun and supportive environment. Each session is tailored to the player’s ability and focuses on key areas such as ball control, dribbling, passing, shooting, and decision making. I offer both 1-on-1 and small group training, allowing players to develop at their own pace while building confidence and enjoying the game.
