About Amy
My name is Amy. I am from Ireland and have lived in Sydney for 3 years now. I am a competitive surf lifesaver and have medalled at both world and european lifesaving championships. I am a qualified and passionate swim instructor with years of experience teaching children and adults of all abilities. Whether you’re looking to learn water safety, build confidence, or improve your technique, I tailor every lesson to suit your personal goals and comfort level in the water.

Lessons can take place in the ocean for all triathletes and open water swimmers looking to improve technique. For all beginner lessons I recommend we start in the pool.

Lesson duration can vary per person - send me a message and we can discuss lesson length and costs
My teaching approach will be unique to each child/adult with a fun creative element to each lesson. I have experience teaching age 3 upwards but offer lessons for all ages and abilities. I can teach multiple levels from non-swimmers to skill maintenance.
