About Hana
Hi I'm Hana, a friendly swimming instructor for adults. I come from a background of competitive swimming and international surf lifesaving. I am currently a competitive triathlete. This experience, alongside my work as a lifeguard, has given me an appreciation for water safety and the perfect platform to help others develop their swimming and open water skills.

Lessons aimed at adults aiming to improving their swim technique or work on open water skills such as buoy sighting, water confidence and managing sea conditions.
I strive to provide a supportive and constructive environment and am able to tailor sessions to individual needs.
I am able to provide lessons at private pools, ocean pools and local beaches in the eastern suburbs.
