About Anne
I am a Brisbane-based swim teacher with 8 years of experience. I have a Swim Australia, Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety license as well as a Working with Children’s Check. I started teaching when I was 16 years old and also have coaching (squad level) experience overseas, where I also officiated at local swim meets as well. I started swimming when I was 4 years old and was a competitive swimmer until the age of 21. I see swimming as a life skill and I think it is important for everyone to know how to stay safe in the water. Especially with summer approaching. These activities around and in the water get more popular. This is why I want to give this skill to as many people as I possibly can and I think private lessons are the best way to achieve this. The lessons are 100% customizable and we will work on whatever your needs and goals are. I specialize in technique refinement but I also have a lot of experience in teaching basic swimming skills. I provide all the equipment as well: - kickboard - sinky toys - floaty toys - pull-buoy - noodle If you wish to use fins, you are more than welcome to do this. All lessons are available in: English German French Luxembourgish
