I am a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified teacher & have also completed 50hr Art of Alignment & Assists and 50hr meditation training & 50hr Emodying Philosophy and Theming.
I have experienced teaching beginners , more experienced students & those working through injuries, stress & anxiety one on one and in small group and large group classes.
