About Celine

Namaste, Yogis! I am a French-Australian registered teacher with Yoga Alliance (500YTT). I love teaching privately as well as offering group classes. I offer Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga practice. With extensive teaching experience across several countries—such as Australia, Canada, and Tunisia where I’ve had the pleasure of leading outdoor yoga sessions on the beach at the Royal Khartago Hotel on the beautiful island of Djerba. Most recently, I spent two winters as a full-time instructor at the luxurious Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing Resort in Blue River, BC, Canada, where I taught VIP clients and athletes from around the globe, giving mostly private classes tailored to the guest's needs. About the lesson

VINYASA Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that is practiced linking conscious breath with fluid movement. A number of Yoga postures (Asanas) are linked together in a sequence which flows together. HATHA Hatha yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching. YIN Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. The poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. Length of my classes vary depending on your need. They can range between 30, 45min to 1h or more. Feel free to let me know if you’d like any adjustments or are recovering from an injury!
