About Connie
I have been a dedicated yogi for 30 yrs and an artist for also 30 yrs.
I focus on private lessons in your home , catering for all body types. Tailored lessons for your needs on that day. I also deliver Yoga nidra which is beautiful yoga relaxation/sleep technique. It is excellent for resetting the nervous system without the hangover that a a general nap can bring.
No yoga or art experience needed.

Yogart is a unique yoga and art immersion. We create art, we do some yoga , its a nice play session. I teach both art and yoga through your guidance. I listen to your needs and adjust lessons accordingly. One day might be all about movement, the next may be more meditative and yoga philosophy based. Another may be more about art techniques or mandala coloring as meditation. Each lesson will be 1 hour to 1.5 hrs in length.
