About Estelle
I am a professional retraining baker.
I obtained the CAP in 2021 after an apprenticeship at Atelier P1 (Paris 18) and a 1-year training at the INBP in Rouen.
I worked in several Parisian bakeries 100% sourdough, 100% organic, and developed a mastery in this sector.
I have a business and sustainable development school background (Master in 2019 at Paris-Dauphine), and am starting a business creation process... in the bakery!

I'm here to help you discover homemade bread, sourdough and how to do it well, and make good, beautiful and healthy breads for your body!
My key principles are organization, adaptability to your needs (do according to the tools there are!) and satisfaction.
The most important thing is that you progress, that you are proud of your work and the finished product.
Succeeding in 1 loaf opens the door to succeeding in hundreds!
I can travel with my mother sourdoughs (spelled, rye and/or rice) in Val-de-Marne and Paris, and I can welcome you if necessary in St-Maur des Ditches.
It is possible to do solo or group lessons, face-to-face or remotely.
