About Mathias
As a professional touring bassist, I regularly perform alongside artists such as Dave, Roberto Alagna, Natasha St-Pier, Chimène Badi, Vincent Niclo, and many others. Being on stage has taught me versatility, how to quickly learn a repertoire, how to pick up songs by ear, how to adapt to other musicians, and above all, how to make a song groove. I'm particularly passionate about funk, soul, and the great bassists who have shaped these styles. I want to share this passion through accessible, motivating lessons tailored to each student, whether you're a complete beginner or not ;)
