About Sthembele
I am Sithembele Jalubana from Bizana, spent 5yrs in bodybuilding and became a Boxer, former soccer player. I am 33 yrs old with all body muscles out and well built, I never used expensive diet and supplements but I listen to my body a lot. I have produced some personal trainers in most of the gymnasium I once joined around South Africa
