I am a specialist in career coaching and well being and stress management coaching.
Well being and stress coaching
When you’re aiming high, and working really hard to achieve the success you want, that can create a lot of stress; but it doesn’t need to.
Stress is often seen as the price we have to pay for success and wanting to progress in our career or to run a successful business.
But too much stress is counterproductive and decreases your performance.
Together we will identify the stress you are experiencing in your life and I will help you to make the changes that are within your control to make.
Through this process you will:
• Better understand the root cause of your stress; not just the symptoms
• Create and work through action plans to reduce or completely get rid of the key sources of your stress
• Learn specific techniques to manage stress – both in the moment and for the long term
• Develop a mindset that will stop unhealthy levels of stress coming into your life
