About Atharva

I am an IT Engg, who has secured 2nd Position in PUNE UNIVERSITY's comp. (SPPU). I am even a professional coach; and have been teaching for last 7 years. Chess is being played by me from a very young age. I won my first tournament when I was 6.

About the lesson

I conduct chess classes from beginner to intermediate level students using practical examples to enhance learning. I focus on:
Efficient teaching,
Systematic syllabus,
Regular homework,
Customization of the teaching style based on the student’s needs,
Practical approach so they can grasp knowledge in efficient manner. Customization of the teaching style is done based on the student's needs.
I conduct chess classes from beginner to intermediate level students using practical examples to enhance learning.

I provide extensive knowledge to my students about the three phases of the game: opening, middle game, and endgame.
Apart from accomplishments in the field of chess, the teachings have helped many of my pupils improve their patience and concentration level. Many more things like tactics, intuition, positional understanding, prophylaxis are also taught in my class.
