About VISHU

Vishwanath is an accomplished dance educator with over a decade of experience in the industry. As the founder of Quench Dance Education Program, he has led the development of innovative dance curriculum and instructional techniques that have helped students of all ages achieve their dance goals. His extensive experience includes 10 years of working with renowned dance company Shiamak Davar, where he honed his skills and gained valuable insights into the art of dance instruction. Vishwanath holds certifications from esteemed organizations such as the Royal Academy of Dance [RAD], Imperial Society of Teachers of dancing [ISTD], and Science of Dance [SOD]. He has performed at numerous national and international events, including the Commonwealth Games 2010 in Delhi, and has shared the stage with Bollywood and Tollywood stars. Additionally, he has taught at various schools across India, including Universal Schools in Mumbai, CP Goenka Schools in Pune, HVB Schools in Mumbai, SVIS School Mumbai, PICT School Pune, KLE Schools in Karnataka, and over 25 other schools across India.

About the lesson

As a dance instructor, my teaching techniques and methods are focused on providing a well-rounded dance education to my students. I believe in teaching strong foundational techniques while also encouraging creativity and self-expression. My classes are designed to be engaging, challenging, and fun, with a balance between technical instruction and artistic expression.

The usual structure of my class includes a warm-up, technical drills, choreography, and cool down. During the warm-up, I focus on stretching and conditioning exercises to help students prepare their bodies for the class. Technical drills help students to develop strong dance skills and techniques, and choreography helps to encourage creativity and self-expression. Finally, the cool down helps to prevent injuries and reduce muscle soreness.

As a teacher, my special features include my ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. I strive to create a space where students feel safe to take risks and explore their creativity. Additionally, I am a patient and supportive instructor who is committed to helping my students achieve their dance goals.

My classes are intended for a variety of ages and skill levels. I have experience teaching school children, college-level students, and adults. I believe that dance is for everyone, regardless of age, skill level, or experience. My classes are designed to accommodate students of all abilities, from beginners to advanced dancers.
