About Catherine
I’m Cat, the wrong side of forty! I lost over 7 stone! At one point I was too thin and skinny fat. I lost it too quickly, too fast and put 4 stone back on! I’ve always been told by the doctors you won’t lose weight. Mmm just watch me and watch me help others lose weight too or just get fit. Some people love training with me 'cause I don’t judge anyone. If you want to learn to dance I’m always there for you! You want to get fit I will get you there. But the one person who matters is YOU! You do you, any of my training is not a punishment. You will work out/dance safely but it’s not an overnight miracle and I will be in this with you the whole way!
