About Blair
I studied art throughout college and continue my education under a well-known contemporary artist in Los Angeles. I have 6 plus years experience teaching both adults & children. I have also taught emerging artists on the business side of the art world with regards to exhibiting work in galleries. I have an awareness and understanding of what galleries are exhibiting as I have exhibited and continue to exhibit my work both internationally and nationally, and art history. I work with interior design firms in the San Fernando Valley. On a professional level, I am a member of the Los Angeles Art Association associated with Gallery 825 in Los Angeles and have exhibited and continue to exhibit my work both on an international and national scale.

My philosophy is that every student no matter skill level learns differently and has different needs and experiences in painting. My lessons are geared for all skills. I can teach in almost every media that a student is interested in but my personal style is abstract fine art. On a deeper level, my work is about art and healing and teaching how to communicate through creativity. There is no wrong way or method to create artwork.
