About Eduardo

Dedicated to the art of storytelling through music, Eduardo Fajardo is passionate about creating soundscapes that facilitate emotion and reflect the complexities of the human experience. Captivating audiences across Switzerland, Mongolia, and throughout America’s East Coast, Eduardo continues to explore the depth and nuance of human expression in his journey as a classical flutist. Having refined his artistry under the guidance of the renowned Marina Piccinini at the Peabody Conservatory, one of the world’s leading institutions for musical excellence, Eduardo prioritizes inspired and educated interpretations of music regardless of its genre or styling. Eduardo takes pride in his journey as a musician and has been shaped by the mentorship of esteemed flutists Julianna Nickel and Natasha Loomis, whose expertise and dedication have played a crucial role in his artistic development. As an orchestral musician, Eduardo has performed as Principal Flutist with the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra, and as a returning section flutist with the American Festival Pops Orchestra. As a soloist, Eduardo has earned top honors, including winning the New Jersey Flute Fair’s 2022 Young Artist Competition and the Mid-Atlantic Flute Convention’s 2023 Guest Artist Masterclass Competition. He was also awarded the ‘Most Improved Award’ at the Marina Piccinini International Masterclasses, and has performed in masterclasses with renowned flutists such as Marina Piccinini, Aaron Goldman, Erica Peel, Martha Long, Christina Jennings, Leah Arsenault Barrick, Marianne Gedigian, and Nestor Torres. Beyond the stage, Eduardo values authentic connections above all else. Passionate about meeting new people and exploring diverse human experiences, he welcomes any questions, comments, or inquiries.

About the lesson

This is all about you and your dreams. Music is a beautiful thing that takes time to develop. With me, not only will you learn how to navigate music and your instrument, you will become very knowledgeable in what goes into really good music-making. I am looking to teach passionate humans. From ages 4-60, I have experience teaching musicians of all levels. Each lesson, we will work together to improve your playing, listening, and understanding. My goal is to give you the wings you need to fly on your own. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals in life.
