About David
I graduated with degrees in English and Rhetoric/Communication from the University of California, Davis, and began a journalism career that has stretched more than 35 years. For the bulk of my career, I worked at ESPN, where I coordinated coverage of several sports and worked with and mentored some of the best sports writers and reporters in the country. I have also written hundreds of stories along the way.
