About Stéphane

- I have been practicing gymnastics and capoeira since 1997. I have been practicing parkour since 1998 (I am one of the first practitioners who helped with media coverage). - I have been a professional stuntman since 2005 - I have been teaching in these various fields for over 12 years. - I had many students of all ages either in particular or in groups. - I teach parkour, gymnastics, scenic combat, martial arts and waterfall falls in gymnasiums, for town halls, for some schools during extracurricular activities and I am currently and since 2015 referent coach parkour and freerun at the French Freerun Academy

About the lesson

The courses are open to all people (men and women) from 13 years old. * Whatever the chosen specialty, the course takes place as follows: - Cardio, joint heating, dynamic muscle stretching. - Oral presentation of the techniques of the day. - Movement specific workshops. - According to the progress, sequence of learned techniques. * I give a very important place to the technical explanations and to the discussion to make understand the movements more easily and quickly. I detail every biomechanical element to bring constant and clear progress (it is important to know what we are doing and why we are doing it) in the various practices.

J'avais beaucoup de mal à être serein dans ma ville à cause de nombreuses agressions et après 3 cours de self défense avec stéphane, j'ai non seulement moins peur car j'ai pris confiance en moi mais j'ai évolué plus vite que si j'avais pris des cours dans un club. Stéphane sait trouver les mots pour travailler notre psychologie et les bons mouvements pour être efficace
