My tutoring approach revolves around tailored guidance and fostering a deep connection with music. I employ a blend of traditional and modern techniques, adapting them to match each student's learning style and goals. Each lesson encapsulates music theory, technical exercises, diverse repertoire exploration, and, if desired, improvisation. Typically, my lessons run for an hour, providing ample time to delve into concepts, practise, and address any queries or challenges. With over a decade of experience and a background in music education, I infuse my sessions with expertise honed through formal training and practical teaching encounters. My lessons cater to all levels and ages, from beginners discovering the piano's world to intermediate players seeking refinement, and even advanced musicians aiming for mastery. Every session is tailored to the individual, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment conducive to musical growth.

Harmonica Lessons - Douglas Geronimo Review
I have had a lesson with Douglas…..
Douglas first taught me about the four different styles of Harmonicas used in different genres of music which I wasn’t aware of beforehand!
Douglas is a very professional tutor, and he communicates and demonstrates his lessons very well by playing and using examples/diagrams that teach scales, notes, ranges, tones, riffs, and technique.
I feel very comfortable with Douglas during the lesson, and I feel confident I will learn to play the harmonica with his teaching style! He is an experienced communicator, musician, and teacher, and I am looking forward to learning to play the harmonica with him!
Thanks Douglas!
