About Christoph
My name is Dr. Christoph Hambel. After studying business mathematics, I did my doctorate in finance with the top grade "summa cum laude". Since then I have been working as an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Goethe University Frankfurt. University teaching in the form of lectures, seminars and theses is therefore part of my day-to-day business. Due to my many years of experience with well over a thousand teaching hours, I am able to fully empathize with the understanding problems of the students and to resolve them precisely. I adapt my lessons exactly to the requirements and wishes of the students.
My university teaching is regularly rated as very good in the lecture evaluations. In particular, this year I was awarded the "Student Prize for Excellent Teaching" at the Goethe University in Frankfurt.
I offer high-quality private tuition for economists, especially those specializing in finance, but also for mathematicians, engineers and natural scientists. The focus here is on the mathematical and quantitative basic subjects of the respective degree program, as well as on all finance subjects. Lessons can be held in German and English. I have teaching experience with students from more than 20 universities and business schools in Germany, Austria, Italy, and UK.
