About Tangela

The SAT has been formulated by taking your classroom instruction and flipping it on its head. The math section is comprised of 4 major areas.
ALGEBRA:
Focuses on linear equations/inequalities, and systems of equations
ADVANCED MATH:
Includes more complex concepts like quadratic, exponential, higher-powered polynomial operations, absolute value equations, and rational expressions
PROBLEM-SOLVING AND DATA ANALYSIS:
Assesses quantitative reasoning with ratios, rates, percentages, and interpreting data from graphs/tables/charts. You will also encounter statistical concepts like mean, median, and mode
GEOMETRY AND TRIGONOMETRY:
Covers calculations with area, perimeter, volume, angles, and circles, as well as basic trigonometry. The digital SAT typically has more geometry/trigonometry than the paper version
My one-on-one lessons are tapered to your individual needs. Each session is configured to unlock your critical thinking skills.
Bring your TI-84. It does a lot more that graphing!!
