About Kanagalakshmi

I am Mrs. Kalaiilamani. Kanagalakshmi Tamilselvam , MBA; MSc ;4th DAN Japan. I am practicing karate past 25 years . I started teaching Karate and self-defense past 15 years. I had trained more than 750 students. in schools , colleges and in corporate companies. I want all my students to enjoy and learn karate. Discipline is very important in all sports. I will teach my students by the way the students enjoy and learn easily without any difficulties and understand well.

About the lesson

I want to explore my Knowledge and Experience to my students, My Aim is to Build My students PHYSICALSTRENGTH,DISCIPLINE,CONFIDENCE and SAFETY,STRATEGY.
The structure of each class (60 minutes) is defined as follows –
Introduction and origin of karate-do
What is karate-do?
 15 minutes warm up
 15 minutes revision of previous classes
 30 minutes kicks, punches, stances etc.
 Post class doubt clarifications are encouraged.
I'm Taking classes from age 6 to 17 School students, and College students. I Will take both Theory and Practical regarding self defense and vulnerable parts.
