About Alessandro
I find it highly stimulating to help other people fulfil their academic goals and to foster their growth as students and human beings. Through my experience as a scout chief I learnt how to observe the improvement path of each learner and how to help them build confidence, creativity and critical thinking.
My passion for languages led me to spend my high school and university years learning Latin, Ancient Greek, French, German, Dutch and Linguistics. I worked professionally as a translator from multiple languages into Italian and, more recently, I worked on translation projects for artificial intelligence applications and I advised my colleagues in the tech world on language matters.

I always try to keep my students engaged with diverse learning practices so that they can excel at each core language skill (writing, reading, speaking, listening). I encourage them to further their independence and attention to detail.
I have a vast knowledge of materials and strategies dedicated to language learning and I always do my best to tailor lessons and guide pupils towards the most appropriate learning path. Typically, my lessons will cover curriculum-based learning, general revision and targeted exercises. Depending on the desired outcome, I include literary works, articles and everyday texts in my lessons.
Thanks to my experience undergoing exams and creating language assessments for students, I have deep knowledge of common examination procedures and of the most effective preparation strategies.
