I like her consistent positive energy, her ability to encourage me to do more then I think I can do, and I find that I can do it. She is cheerful all the time. She has a more holistic approach to health and she adapts to my situation. She is your personal trainer and dance instructor. She has done more for my physical conditioning than any physical therapist.

I met Teresa when we were both participants on a wellness retreat, and we’ve since become co-founders of Spark Finder, organizing wellness retreats in Costa Rica and beyond. What I appreciate most about her is the warm, safe space she creates. I’ve noticed that people, including myself, relax, have fun, and don’t feel embarrassed to get things wrong when we’re with her, which is exactly what you need when learning to dance. From the day we met, she was welcoming, caring, and patient. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Teresa's expertise, professionalism, grace and motivation pushed me to levels I didn't think I could reach before working with her. Thank you, thank you for your support and guidance Teresa!

Teresa is a positive, supportive and an extremely talented teacher. She has helped me grow personally and professionally over the past year that we have been working together. I don't know where I would be without her and am forever grateful!
