About Sarah
I am a collegiate beach volleyball coach, a former professional volleyball player in Europe. I have studies exercise science as a bachelor's and master's student. I have been a coach in the sport of volleyball for many years and have experience coaching sports performance. I enjoy nutrition research and would love to share what I have learned throughout my many years as a student.

My teaching method is interactive. I love discussion-based classes because it allows the sharing of ideas and personal relationship development, which in turns helps the students to retain the information they have just learned. I like to leave the students with questions to ponder and research on their own.
