Hey there! I’m Shrinkhala — a Salesforce Business Analyst by day, a curious explorer of ideas by night. With 3 years of CRM experience and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from UIUC, I help businesses untangle complexity and build smart, scalable Salesforce solutions. Whether it’s automating workflows, designing better user experiences, or integrating systems with Apex and MuleSoft — I thrive at the intersection of tech and strategy. From 5 to 9?
