Ex Professor of Management (Org Behavior and HRM). Received Master Degree and PhD from the Cardiff Business School, U.K. My teaching interests are in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Organizational Change. His main research interests are in the areas of Organizational Change, Employee Loyalty, Commitment, Empowerment and Turnover; Entrepreneurship and Innovative Behaviors; Employee Silence.
