About Guillaume

Professor of Physical and Sports Education for 3 years, I have different diplomas (STAPS Education and Motricity License, MASTER MEEF EPS, PSC1, Aquatic Rescue ...). I taught to students in college, high school and vocational high school. I know the institutional french texts and the expectations of the CAPEPS concours.

About the lesson

I teach the students to be independant in his practice, I establish with him the objectives set in order to best develop his skills. I let everyone progress and learn at their own pace so that everyone can improve themselves and achieve success. I adapt to any student profile and to any age (from primary school to university studies). The practice works in several phases: from warming up to stretching through many learning situations. The theory lesson works doing written and oral training with different points (methodology and reflection, knowledge contributions, advice and guidance, lived experiences).
