About Hendry
I owned a cafe my self in 2010 that dragged me into coffee industry. Worked for Vue de Monde Group, St Ali and few others, and recently working with Axil Coffee Roaster that upskill my talent and passion in coffee as well as a trainer.

My teaching method is Modelling. I’ll show you what to do and what not to do and give you the reasons why not to do. Also its all about Techniques and getting into a routine to make a great cup of coffee. Its a Group Discussion that may throw any questions or doubts while you performing and practising.
