About Avantika
Previously, I worked as a HR and Wellness consultant where I led group meditations for employees for about 6-8 months. I have also worked in the mental health zone and can offer self-care strategies. Employees reported feeling greater life satisfaction and more in control of their lifestyle post these sessions.

I base my sessions on guided meditations, with a section of silence for self-exploration and a discussion post the session. This could happen online or offline depending on whatever is convenient and comfortable for you.
