My teaching method is encouraging the ability in a student to be critical of their own work effectively and to ensure clear understanding of assessment objectives and how to meet these while also improving understanding of material being assessed. This is achieved through asking students to isolate key areas of struggle and developing individual based strategy and lessons on how to tackle these areas effectively. I plan on working through practice questions and developing a strategy and method of planning that students can carry with them to tackle various exam questions to the best ignore their ability, enabling them to construct an effective essay and strong argument.
