About Ariel
My name is Ariel just like the little mermaid and I love the ocean. I was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawai'i and am passionate about teaching as well as learning. I am currently pursuing a Masters's degree in psychology which helps in my efforts to teach students algebra math concepts. I am looking forward to helping you through your learning journey!

My teaching method is a collaborative one where we will work together to find the best way to help you learn math concepts. What is important to me is flexibility and understanding that it is okay to make mistakes and learn from them. What sets me apart as a tutor is my understanding of how the brain works due to my college learning in psychology. These lessons are for students in middle school and high school and specifically for algebra help.
