About Odirile
I am youthful and bubbly individual. I am very free-spirited and encourage learning that incorporates the student’s interests. I have been teaching English as a Foreign Language and phonetics to students from Eastern Asia, Europe, and South America. I did this for approximately 2 years. I then chose to help my community in other ways but have always had a love for languages, more especially the English Language. I would
Like to improve the English Language outcomes of young children and adolescents in my community as there is a decline in the pass rate amongst these groups, and this is a critical subject that is needed for these individuals to advance to the next academic stage of their lives.

My lesson will focus on each student’s individual needs. I will help them develop a study pattern that caters to there learning abilities. Lessons will be broken down into segments to encourage learning independence for the student and so that comprehension and understanding are achieved before moving on to the next segment. Students are encouraged to ask as many questions as possible until they are confident enough to move forward.
