About Jordan
My name is Jordan Forrest I have trained boxing for 7 years and have had 2 exhibition boxing matches and 3 amateur boxing matches with 1 draw and 2 wins. I got into boxing to help my own physical and mental health and instantly fell in love with it. I would recommend learning boxing to anyone as a great way to stay mentally and physically fit.

I am happy to provide all of the equipment for lessons. The lessons would start off with a good warm-up and stretch so myself and the student can chat and make sure our bodies are ready for the lesson. All sessions I've ever run I base the intensity on the person's own physical capabilities and every session is different from the last. I believe everyone is different and different styles and intensities work for different people. I also believe the trainer needs to have a good bond with the student to help the student get through the session happy and healthy.
