About Norman
I qualified in 2005 at Charles Sturt University NSW as a teacher of Maths and science. I have experience in NSW and WA, public/private schools and private tuition. I prefer learners who can identify the topic of maths or science they are weak in and for which they need my intuitive approach. I give priority to learners in and around Mt Lawley.

My lesson plan is normally tailored to each individual learner. I begin by exploring the background of the learner. Success in learning a maths topic/concept is largely dependent on one's knowledge of other identifiable topics/concepts. My first task is ensure that the learner has the skills in those prerequisites. Lack of one or more of those prerequisites informs my approach. My first task is to ensure the learner acquires skills in those prerequisites because without them no progress can be made.
